Ha Seung-Jin, the first South Korean player in the National Basketball
Association, is rejoining the national team for next month's Asian Games in
Doha after being waived by the Milwaukee Bucks.

The 7-foot-3 center previously spent two seasons with the Portland Trail
Blazers before being acquired by the Bucks in a four-player trade that sent
former All-Star center Jamaal Magliore to Portland.
But they decided last week that he was surplus to requirements.
The Korea Basketball Association said the 21-year-old would replace Kim
Jin-soo of South Kent High School in the United States on their 11-member
national team for the Games in Doha that start on December 1.
Ha's agent John Kim was cited by the Korea Times as saying Ha would be
looking for another NBA team at the conclusion of the Asian Games.
South Korea are the defending Asian Games champions, having beaten China in
a thrilling overtime final four years ago in Busan.
China will again be their main challengers, although they are without
superstar Yao Ming, who has obligations to the Houston Rockets.
