Have you upgraded to 3.15 by any chance? I got similar server error messages caused by a bug in 3.14, maybe earlier. That bug is fixed in 3.15.
I don't have much time this week as I'm the main speaker for a conference starting in about an hour. But I'll try and squeeze in some time to take a look at your settings and all.
