A big sell for me in BoltWire would be a solid move-page functionality. It could be that this type of functionality fits best as a core feature.
Some wiki engines like DokuWiki plain fail at this task. In the case of DW, a plugin is available, but apparently it has a lot of unfixable collisions like when moving a plain 'page1' into 'parentpage:page1' and the likes. Also, attached files become a major problem when moving pages around. Another major feature that wasn't in MediaWiki either the last time I tried it was mass-moving.
