I've been getting this problem as well, but only when trying to set up boltwire as described here (http://boltwire.com/index.php? p=docs.admin.farms#high_security). Following the directions under that section, I put the boltwire directory under my apache installation directory and my field in htdocs. I then edit index.php as described in the same page. Attempting to access it yields the following message in PHP's error log:
PHP Notice: Undefined index: errors in C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\boltwire\barn\scripts\engine.php on line 18 If I put the boltwire directory directly under htdocs and return index.php to its original state, everything works fine. I'm on Windows XP SP3.
