Which plugin are you trying to download so I can check the link? Also what version of BoltWire are you running? The backup system no longer work with BoltWire 4. Decided it was easy enough to just download a zip and dump the pages in your installation.
Note we have just recently gone through a pretty dramatic upgrade, and many of the plugins still need to be upgraded. Let me know what interests you and maybe I can fix up the one you're looking for.
