The main problem preventing potential developer to help you is that the 
backup files cannot be downloaded because of Apache's Mod_Security...

Couldn't use a part of PluginPlus backup thing? I've never used Boltwire 
before, so I may be wrong, but it seems that it was one of the purposes of 
this plugin... when it was developed.
