I'm not sure what to do with the plugins. For that matter the skins and language packs. Much of it is outdated. I'm tempted to scratch the whole thing as I don't really have time to review it all.
But then again, some only need minor tweaks to be working again. I guess an archives section might work, and then create a new section for ones that have been tested and are verified to work. In the archives section we could put a notice at the top of each page that that extension is out of date... I also need to generate a simple plugin to extract backup files. This would allow other developers to try out some of these old plugins, and perhaps get them working again. Could definitely use the help! Yeah, I think I'll do both these things. New section. Backup extractor. :) Cheers, Dan On Mon, Sep 15, 2014 at 2:37 AM, Tiffany Grenier <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi Dan, > > I've had the same problem for sedit, profanity, tags and tasks which are > all still containing .backup files. > I also think you should write something about the backup files no longer > working with Boltwire4 on the Plugins page. > > Cheers, > Tiffany > > Le mercredi 19 mars 2014 14:20:57 UTC+1, ClickBrain a écrit : > >> I am trying to download plugins from the main site and when I click on >> the .backup files I am getting this page: >> >> Not Acceptable! >> >> An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be >> found on this server.
