I agree with this. I don't know how many times even my own mother has judged me and
other people. She went to the extent to tell my son that he was fat and he should lose
weight. the poor thing doesn't even want to go over to see her because she is obsessed
with weight. he hold his breath in when near her. He doesn't eat much when we have
dinner together. All because she just doesn't keep her mouth shut. And the thing is he
knows what he has to do. So do I but it's easier for me to ignore her now. But when I
was younger she took our confidence way down to the floor.
