Since giving up smoking (about 10 weeks now), I've become addicted to books and nicotine lozenges. I feel a lot better and my brain loves the stimulation too. :-)
I never liked smoking while reading (and I smoked while doing anything) because I knew I was damaging the book. Now I can read to my hearts content without worry.
