Since giving up smoking (about 10 weeks now), I've become addicted to
books and nicotine lozenges.  I feel a lot better and my brain loves the
stimulation too. :-)

I never liked smoking while reading (and I smoked while doing anything)
because I knew I was damaging the book. Now I can read to my hearts
content without worry.
