I live in Niles, MI. The library is in South Bend Indiana. St. Joe county, to be exact. Well....even though I live a mile from the county, I am not a resident. I looked up getting a library card on the net about a year ago. They said it would be 120 dollars for a library card. I live out of county and out of the state. However, I have decided that I am going to look into this. Because I work in St. Joe county and pay local taxes....I feel like I should be able to get a library card there. Also I really want to become a Friend of the Library and want to volunteer at their sales. It sounds like fun. And they looked like they needed some young blood. I think that I am going to look into this some more.... Nichole
