I have the same problem with no responses. I've tried three different places, all spots that are highly traveled. Possible thoughts: either people don't care to respond or they don't "get it" (I'd at least like to know where the book's been and what someone else thinks!); or the book just gets thrown away by someone who isn't curious enough to check it out.
