I suppose it would depend on the person and how attached they were to the
book, and what they had pictured as happening to it. I haven't bookcrossed
for long, and actually haven't found any books yet, but I guess I would
probably ask the owner if it was alright to keep it. If they don't mind,
fine, and no harm done.
