I think this is included in another jira already. We have discussed zookeeper 
session expiration initially in BOOKKEEPER-281 and created a new issue, 
BOOKKEEPER-284. The scope of BOOKKEEPER-284 is broader, though, since we'd like 
to review our use of ZK there. I suggest we close this jira and focus on 
BOOKKEEPER-284.
