Hi Flavio, This is not about retries on disconnects or session timeouts.
Seems like, before session timeout, if we restart bookie immedaiately, it is 
failing with NodeExistsException. Because prevous bookie has the znode 
/ledgers/available/10.18.40.216:3181. On restart if it tries to create, It 
throws this error. Let's clean that path if exists.
