Maybe someone will tell you (I don't remember) how to save "My Favorites" from your LMS installation.
Then I would remove all the files from logitechmediaserver on your computer and reinstall. I have had this problem several times, and the easiest cure was to do this. In linux the file to save is: /opt/logitechmediaserver/prefs/favorites.opml I delete /opt/logitechmediaserver completely after saving the favorites.opml elsewhere. I then install logitechmediaserver and I manually copy over to /opt/logitechmediaserver/prefs, the favorites.opml file. It doesn't take too long and the problem is solved. You'll have to enter your password in Settings on LMS when you get it working, but you can find that. Your web interface is IP address colon 9000.
