Or for whatever reason the player briefly dropped off LMS and when it reconnected - back to vol=99. Delete QLMS and start again on the NAS. I'm not complaining, quite happy and interested in the issue to try and help and of course if possible pinpoint the exact cause... but in reality if I look at the time I've spent reading up and testing - for my setup here I could have easily installed LMS from scratch added my usual plugins and configured all six players, probably several times over. Sometimes you just have to accept a fresh start makes sense.
