Hmmm, those shouldn't have broken anything. A few things to try:
- "Check that "reference.xsl" exists in boost/tools/boostbook/xsl (could be a
CVS hiccup).
- Remove "catalog.xml" from your working directory.
This is under non-Cygwin Windows? I need to start testing that configuration
some day :)
