It's there.

Didn't help.

I have MinGW 2.0 installed. I also downloaded your "minimal repackaged
version" of the required XML and XSLT processing tools some time ago. Is
the problem perhaps related to a bug fixed in newer versions of these
tools?

Any further advice is appreciated.
