I'm having trouble duplicating the problem. Here's what I did:
* Fresh CVS checkout of Boost
* Built new Bjam with MSVC 6.0
* Edit user-config.jam to include:
using xsltproc : c:\\xsltproc\\xsltproc.exe ;
using boostbook : C:\\Development\\Boost\\docbook-xsl-1.60.1
: C:\\Development\\Boost
;
(yes, my DocBook DTD is in a weird place)
* Run bjam --v2 in $BOOST_ROOT/doc
I believe I'm using the same xsltproc.exe that is in the package. xsltproc
--version reports:
Using libxml 20501, libxslt 10024 and libexslt 715
xsltproc was compiled against libxml 20428, libxslt 10024 and libexslt 715
libxslt 10024 was compiled against libxml 20428
libexslt 715 was compiled against libxml 20428
Actually, now that I think about it, aren't there problems with using paths
that have spaces in them? You might try moving Boost to a path without
spaces.
