I put in a hack/fix that works well for me (without the hardcoded paths <g>). 
It's in CVS now.

And in unrelated news, I've hacked in support for overloaded functions. From 
the Doxygen side, just put

/**
* \overload
*/

as the documentation for a function to be considered an overload of the first 
function above it with the same name that actually has documentation.

Doxygen's XML format for overloaded functions is beyond silly: they show up 
just like normal functions, except the detailed description text is "This is 
an overloaded member function, provided for convenience. It differs from the 
above function only in what argument(s) it accepts." Is it any wonder the 
Doxygen bridge is slow-going? :)
