Yes, it can. I must have been lazy... it's fixed now. The prefix behavior has
actually changed (it's now used as a sort of substring match to find the
"user" header name from a monstrous path name); you can actually remove the
<prefix>boost from your Jamfile, because it now defaults to "boost" anyway.
It should look better now; if you want to see it faster than the 2-day CVS
delay, you could grab a CVS snapshot from Boost Consulting's site.
