This is now possible. You can specify Doxygen parameters via
<doxygen:param>PARAMETER=VALUE
as the third argument to the "doxygen" rule, e.g.,
doxygen reference : ../../../boost/tribool.hpp : <doxygen:param>QUIET=YES ;
It's fine to supply multiple <doxygen:param>PARAM=VALUE properties, of course.
