Hi, Wouldn't it be better to printout links enclosed in <header/functino/classname> in <code> font? I think, it makes sense, because after all they are a pieces of code.
Another points is, that I don't realy understand how the links to external entities are generated. Links to header files are always invalid. When I generate docs in boost/libs/string_algo/doc/html, links to headers are pointing to boost/libs/string_algo/boost/headerxxx.hpp Same goes for boost home and other links. Is it possible to change to url prefix from ../../ to something else, or is this prefix intentional?
