'Tis done. It ends up in a <programlisting>, because \code...\endcode is
intended for multiple lines (like, say, program listings <g>). You can use \c
foo to temporarily switch to a monospaced font without having a separate
program listing (i.e., it's the same as using <code> or <computeroutput> in
BoostBook directly)
