I use the version from Debian package, let me check the version.... it's
1.3.1-8 (-8 is Debian patch level, 1.3.1 is mainstream version).
Wow, SF has only 1.2.5. Something's rotten there. The debian package mentions
http://www.lysator.liu.se/projects/about_psgml.html
as URL and there's a link to 1.3.1:
http://www.lysator.liu.se/~lenst/about_psgml/psgml-1.3.1.tar.gz
