I'm trying to use boostbook in cygwin
with the cygwin versions of libxml2 and libxslt.

I think I've got everything installed in the right place.
When I go to into, say, the BoostBook doc directory
and do "bjam --v2", I get the messages appended below.

It appears that the include command for "reference.xsl"
is failing, even though reference.xsl is in the same directory
as docbook.xsl. Can someone help me fix this?
