Since no one has answered I'll take a shot...

I'm pretty sure that no one has tried to generate CHM files from boost-book
yet.  Most of us are bogged down in making the basics work....

ps: I'm sure windows developers would love to this alternative output form --
and it is sort of the point of converting to boost-book to be able to do these
sorts of things.  So I applaud your effort if you have the time even though I
personally don't have much need for it -- at least this month ;-)
