Great!  Which stylesheets are out of date and does it matter?

I'd say your next step would be to upload the CHM file to the vault and ask
for feedback on the developer list which has a much larger audience than the
docs list.  The new vault is at:

http://boost-sandbox.sourceforge.net/vault/

You'll have to follow a login / account initialization process to upload. 
Assuming all that goes well and you are willing to document, maintain and
assist with the process I don't see why we wouldn't make it another of the
standard documentation distribution options.
