No reason. It's committed to CVS in the quickbook docs. I haven't
touched anything outside quickbook though.
I just committed the new CSS to HEAD and RC_1_34_0. *ducks*

Seems to be working on my end, doing an update that is. I have pending
Boost.Build checkins to do still :-)
