I'd have to agree there. I've been using DynDNS's service for a while now. I host virtual web servers and multiple email domains on my home box connected via Mediaone.... woburn.dyndns.org, pendragon.dyndns.org, atlantys.ath.cx, cephas.dyndns.org (although cephas now actually gets redirected to my externally hosted site). Even though Mediaone's IP's are technically dynamic, in practice they are relatively static, so I use DynDNS's Static DNS service. It has served me well. If your IP is "more" dynamic, then their dynamic dns service works well too.
