Well, is there a HOWTO for setting up a YAPC? :) I'm currently at a university in boston (MIT), and would be happy to work at setting something up. As an undergrad, I don't exactly pull much weight in the grand scheme of things here, but I'd be happy to lobby for this with the appropriate people, and help to make this a reality. Unfortunately, I have no idea where to begin with something like this. Anyone have any pointers they'd like to share? That's assuming you all think this would be a good idea to look into, of course.
