That major Perl 6 implementation is Pugs ( http://www.pugscode.org/ ) and it's 
no longer actively maintained (possibly due to the fact that its initiator and 
major contributor had become affected by some disease). Nowadays it seems that 
the most promising implementation is Rakudo ( http://rakudo.org/ ) which is 
built above Parrot, and will have its "Rakudo Star" release by 29 of this 
month.

That put aside, Haskell is an enlightening language to learn and experiment 
with (though I believe it's not suitable for use for production code).
