I got mine through the CAP program.  I got a woranty for my first year and I
have not had any coverage since.  I have asked the computer department and
they did nothing.  Guess I will have to pay it myself.  Can someone define
the two agreements.  Do we have to have both and why.  That is about $1,000
in two years.  I can not afford that.  Not many can.

My Representative did mention the agreement when I ordered.  I paid, and a
year later a lady called when it was time to renew it.  The question is how
did you order your equipment and from whom? To find the problem, we need to
clarify this, so that maybe Jonathan or Dean can look into it.  Just my
thoughts.
