I got mine through the CAP program. I got a woranty for my first year and I have not had any coverage since. I have asked the computer department and they did nothing. Guess I will have to pay it myself. Can someone define the two agreements. Do we have to have both and why. That is about $1,000 in two years. I can not afford that. Not many can. Terry Powers
