I personally like the context sensitive help in the BN and I think the space with U has been getting better with each upgrade. I've managed to find what I need to find much of the time and I've been able to locate what I was looking for much of the time. There were a few instances where I didn't locate my topic right away but I'll take the BN documentation over the windows help system which I think is cumbersome!
