I'll second Sue on this one.  For some, the Ambicom card only works in the back 
slot, for others, (including myself), the card works fine in the side slot 
using a PCMCIA adapter.  If I have trouble with the BN not recognizing the 
card, I leave the card in the slot and do a simple reset.
