I would put money on that it was the SD card causing the problem, unless it 
sorted itself out by itself.  I just can't imagine why plugging in headphones 
would effect the process.  I hope we here from Dean on this one.

I was finally able to get my battery recalibrated.  Two things I did 
differently this time so not sure which one got it to work, I left the 
headphones unplugged and just put it in a room by itself, plus I removed an SD 
card I had left in there before.  One of those two things it obviously didn't 
like before, but now it's freshly recalibrated and ready for Keysoft 7 next 
week.

Good luck Dar.  Did you say that you had turned yours off? Because you're 
supposed to leave it on and talking throughout the process.  Maybe that's the 
problem? Hopefully it will get sorted out like mine.
