Hmm, mine went through two complete cycles as far as I can tell.  It was
involved in the process for over 24 hours.

Hi Rose,

The MPower should stop on it's own when it's done recalibrating.  If there
is some charge left in your battery when you start the process, it does an
initial discharge, then charges it up completely, lets it go flat, and then
charges it once again.  I just left mine overnight last night and when I
walked into the spare room this morning, was relieved to hear silence.  At
that point if you press the space bar it tells you that the test is
complete, and gives you the times for the various discharges and charges.

Good luck.  I know how frustrating it is when this type of equipment doesn't
work right.  The last thing we want to have to do is send it away.
