Hi Don, Thanks, and again, thanks for all of your suggestions. I appreciate the clarification on the display modes, at least I didn't do anything to lose that option! Hopefully, the unit will be repaired quickly and the problem will be isolated and resolved. I worry that with intermittent issues like this, it may not be replicated right away, but I have to believe it will be found, and quite honestly, I'd be surprised if I'm the only one who has experienced this. If you go to the main menu with nothing open and bring up the options, braille display, you won't see it.
