Of course, I have never run my bn flat while connected wirelessly. Perhaps
it would happen to me as well. Sometimes, after dosconnecting, I might turn
on my bn again and get the disconnected message or card removed message.

The wireless is disconnecting. It has to when it loses power at shut down.
The VNQT just doesn't know it and thinks it is still connected. That is
why it locks up when it tries to reconnect next time.
