It almost sounds like your flash drive got disconnected somehow.
Can you establish an Activesync connection with a computer and see what shows up from the computer side?

Okay, I've been using VN/BN products for five years and this has never
happened before. Yesterday afternoon, I was riding in a car and I went
to use my GPS, well it wasn't there, so I did a  reset and it still
wasn't there, so I reinstalled it and was working fine. I got to church,
scanned for a wireless network and connected to the net for a second and
was fine, I used my GPS on the way home and was fine. I got home and
went to get on the net and I noticed my settings were gone. After doing
a reset with no keys held down, I noticed that everything was gone but
my GPS! I mean everything was gone, I have no data bases, I have none of
my created files or folders. I did all three types of resets and nothing
is there. I even have no keymail or keylist data bases. This has never
ever happened to me before! So can some one help? Oh and I need the
tecksupport number for here in the US because that too was on my Braille
Note.
