Terry, when you make the "at" sign on a typewriter or a computer keyboard, you use Shift plus 2. In Braille, it's dot 4. On the BrailleNote, you have to do Shift dot 4. Or, on a BrailleNote with a BT keyboard, Space plus U, then dot 4.
