Hello don, I have a Mpower running keysoft 6.2 build 25. It doesn't matter what kind of reset is performed. I just had it happen again tonight. I set an alarm with an appointment for 5:15 and a alarm with an appointment for 6:00. after the alarm sounded at 5:15, I then did a reset and when 6:00 came around there was no alarm. If you can reproduce it, I would really appreciate it for I really don't want to have to send my unit in again. I had asked them to fix this while it was there, and it is still occuring. so any input will be greatly appreciated.
