Hi Kathy, I also use a Voicenote QT and come up against these dialog boxes whilst on the Net. I press the space bar until the "yes" button is reached and click on it. Sometimes this dialog box will pop up a few times, and sometimes it will pop up again and again. Unfortunately all you can do is just persevere and keep clicking on the "yes" button until the dialog box disappears. I know this isn't of much help but this is how I get around the problem. Once the dialog disappears, you are good to go. David
