Hi Jean,
  I find, on average, that I need to charge my mPower every 4 or 5 days, and I 
will back up to a compact-flash card once a week.  I've usually been able to 
get the battery right down to 10% before I start receiving "battery is low" and 
"battery is critical" messages as well.
