Hmmm, so the problem at this point is getting connected with her ISP with the BrailleNote, right?

What I was trying to help Linda do is set up her braille note so she could use it to dial her ISP without having to use her computer, go to Bookshare, and download the book directly into her Braille Note, where it would be much easier to unpack it, read it, or carry it away to work to read later. Having to use a PC to get a book for a braille note makes about as much sense as buying a cigarette lighter, so you can light your matches.
