I'm not understanding why you're trying to add an email account for
Bookshare, or am I misunderstanding what you're saying? Can you get
on the web at all with your BrailleNote? If so, the Bookshare site
is already saved as a favorite, so you can just go there and log
in. Do you have an account with Bookshare already, or is that what
you're trying to set up? If you have an account with them, just
follow the link to the login page. If not, follow the link that
tells you how to set one up. But it doesn't have anything to do with
email. Please give us more info so we can try to help.

over the phone, but she has an earlier version of Braillenote. I have
Keysoft ce version 6.2, build kernel version : 6. I am getting an "access
denied" message when I go to the email setup option and try to add an
account. I have tried rebooting the Braille Note using all three processes
for rebooting, and I reset the date, but I am still getting the "access
denied" message. Can anyone help me figure out what is wrong or what I am
