Hi Nicole,
I can't help with the attachments problem, but I think Humanware advises
taking out yoru storage card when you're not using this. I need to remember
to do this myself. i don't think it's a problem to reset as much as you need
to, as long as you have saved everything and back up your files onto your
computer or storage card occasionally.

I'm having two slight, but not critical, problems with the BN. First,
I got a PCMIA adapter. I use it a lot, so I leave it in with a card in
it. Every now and then, maybe about every 3 or 4 days, it says card
removed and will not access any card put in anywhere unless I reset. Is
there a reason for this? Also, is it bad to reset too much? My mom
freaks out every time she hears me reset. Also, when I get a file
converter error when opening an attachment, the BN freezes and I have to
reset. Is this what's suppose to happen?
