Sounds to me like he is trying to merge to files or data bases together.  I do 
not know if this can be done.

Yes, I am copying from one KeyList file called "work address list" which I 
created myself to "address list" which is the default KeyList address file 
or database. These are both KeyList databases and I am trying to move data 
from the "work address list" file to the "address list" file using the copy 
choice in the KeyList menu.
