My comment about tech support is this: If you have no long-distance service, 
many times, 45 minutes is a long time to wait.  Sometimes, when you get a 
person, they're not necessary professional.  Diane, I agree with you in a way, 
that sometimes you can get good service.  However, I've yet to have a call 
returned promptly.  Sometimes, it has taken four or five days.  I don't want to 
carry this further, but there are only about three people that I know of that 
work in Tech Support.  If you guys are getting good responses, I'm happy for 
you; some of us are not.
