Sarah,
Its best to restore all instead of just one folder. Now you can try,
saying no to replacing everything but keymail but I'm not sure this will
work.

Hi Jonathan, I tried it again and got the same results.  To recap: I
chose the restore option from the utilities menu, chose the compact
flash drive, found my latest backup folder, went into the folder and
chose the Keymail folder.  Then I chose the flash disk as the location
to which the folders should be restored.  Should I only be using the
entire backup folder and not choosing one of its subfolders? I hope this
makes sense.

Hi sarah, I can imagine the utility doing this is you didn't specify the
KeyMail folder as the restore folder. Do you think this may have been
the case?
